Question for those with Big Cams

Just got done installing a hydraulic roller 236/242, 114* into my short stroke 379 and was wondering what kind of vacuum signal at idle some of you folks are seeing. Haven't pulled it out of the garage yet, just got it idling, set timing, minimum idle, etc... I'm getting about 10 inHg at idle. This was an express elevator up from my previous cam so lots of tuning to do by next saturdays race. TIA

Which cam did you pull out?

BTW, I'll be seeing you next Saturday in Darlington.

Can't wait to see your car!

8-12 is about normal, I get around 9-10 and a friend with the 236-242 was getting 10-11.
