HSR swap complete!

Well, after getting the adapters for the fuel line I forgot to order , I'm finally up and running. Got her runnin yesterday. Went up to the track and the line to get in was backed up so bad, I just said screw it and came back. But, if rain stays away next weekend I'll have times to post. I really like having some upper RPM now. It takes away a little torque, but, in a good way. It allows me to mash the gas off the line and not completely destroy the tires. It hooks good. Power isn't great from about 1500-3000RPM, but, it's not designed for power below that. I can gaurantee you though, once you hit 3000, watch out! It takes off like a bat out of hell. I went from about 20mph and then punched it....absolutely raped the tires. Has lots upstairs.

Congrats. How long did the swap take and did you have any problems?
You put the HSR on a basically stock L98 right?
I'd be interested to see some times.

Provided you have everything you need to assemble it, should only take you 3-4 hours. This was a learning experience and it took a bit to figure out everything I needed. Actual work time though 3-4 hrs. Yes it is a stock motor. All I've done is deleted the air boxes. See sig.
