vacuum leak, anyone had this prob before?

Ok, I know we've all had our share of vacuum leaks on these damn TPI motors and once youfind them they're usually pretty simple to take care of. I found the leak but I've tried everything and nothing is working to fix it. It's leaking where the front pair of tubes on the drivers side runner meets the intake manifold. I've got new gaskets and everything is tight. I've got the o-ring on the cold start injector too. Does anyone know a trick to getting this thing to seal up?!

Yep. I had a coat of black RTV on each side of the gasket when I installed it the last time. I have a suspicion that it was leaking where the cold start inj. meets the runner so I'm trying another CSI and we'll see what happens.
