is there an AFFORDABLE solution to this?

I've heard about wallowing out the holes.. Any pics?

Axle/Gears: 3.27 9 bolt
holes are already wallowed out. can take some stock tubing and angel cut it to match the 72* angle. then leave flat on other side.

Even with the holes enlarged the intake won't sit flush with the heads. You'll need to have the intake milled to match the same angle as the heads. You probably have a gap right now between the intake and the block large enough for you to almost see in to the lifter valley from the front.

danny - it's just the four center ones. because of the 72* angle of the bolt holes. 87-up iron heads. intake sits flush with heads.

Oh only the center bolts? Never mind.
Sorry, I had an intake problem with the outer bolts. Turns out that the heads that I bought had been milled and I didn't know.

need a few measurements if anyone has them:


bolt diameter, lower wedge height, upper wedge height..
