removing AC (?)
Ok, i'm not sure if this is the board to ask this on, so if not, feel free to move it.
I was wondering how much removing the AC actually helps performance... not sure if it will make a difference, but car is in sig.

It won't help performance any but it will make it a lot easier to work on the car. Removing the AC compressor may give you a couple of HP because you will have one less pulley to turn. You will gain a little on weight reduction but not enough to notice. At the track a good rule of thumb is .1 for every 100 lbs. If your AC isn't working and you can live without it, remove it. It will make installing headers easier.
