Weird MAF readings

In april i finished my motor swap and i've been getting error codes every once in a while since. I was never able to read them by jumping the aldl terminals for some reason, but i finally got an aldl cable and a scanner hooked up and found out it's a code 33, high maf. I've been trying to get it to set the code while i was logging data but haven't yet.

But while looking through data i did log, i found some odd readings.

At one point, at 950 rpms, the maf was reading 31.24 g/s for about 5 seconds, i assume i was at a stop light here, then the next data point i'm at 50 mph and the rpms are 2100, yet the maf reading is 15.57 g/s. Until it goes back to idle it dosn't read correctly.

What could cause this? The maf sensor was replaced in april with a new bosch one. The relays however look original.

This is the log trimmed down to where it happened - Data Log

Thanks for anyhelp

EGR has a vaccum cap over it, i'll look for vaccum leaks though.
