Bad engine miss, Flickering Dash, Dies when I turn on blinker.....long post

Alright here I go again. So the car completely died finally and thanks to the help of you guys I was able to get it running with a new AC Delco ignition module and coil. Before that I did all new plugs gapped to .35. And all new wires and cap and rotor. Also a brand new alternator.

So I fired it up and it ran great for a while. Then it started to happen again although not nearly as much. Now this is what is happening to the best of what way I can describe it.

Sometimes I'll fire it up and it will run perfect. I can rev it up and it doesn't studder or miss or anything. I did notice at 4000 RPM right after I first got it running again the Digital Dash would dim real fast but come back to normal. And sometimes I'll fire it up and it will just miss REAL bad. I'll hit the gas lightly and it will still do the same thing. The RPM'S will bounce all over and not go up much. Sometimes i'll let off the gas and it will drop to idle, almost die, then come up slightly more and smooth out fine. THEN! I put on the right or left blinker......and it kills it. The entire time it is running bad the interior lights will flicker along with the Digital Dash. Sometimes the volts bounce around from 11 - 15 while its running bad and sometimes it stays still. Sometimes when I goto roll down the window it will also kill it when it's running fine.

Little more background on the car. It sat under a tree for 3 years. It was involved in a very light front end collision. The front bumper and hood were both damaged beyond repair and the upper radiator support was pushed back slightly.

I'm really running out of ideas for things to check. I just started checking wiring. I'm guessing its gotta be something electrical. But i'm wondering where you guys think I should be looking first. Or if anyone might have had the same problem. I searched the hell out of all the posts but nothing like this.

Sorry for how long it is. Just trying to give the most details I can. Thanks for anyone who takes the time to read all this and leave me with any ideas. I really appreciate it.

Oh yeah I forgot. Brand new battery also. Cleaned off connections and got new bolts that attach to battery.

Ok I went outside and started it up again and noticed something else wierd. The Digital Dash fuel guage was reading up over half a tank while it was running bad. And wouldn't move. I started it 3 times where it ran like crap. 2 Times I started it and it ran smooth and the guage read 3 or 4 bars under half but not in the red. I don't know if that will mean much lol.
