dont want to mill heads

Ok heres my problem. Im stuck in hawaii and its almost impossible to get short block out here. The only one Ive found is a 305. But I already bought the sd tpi intake with edelbrock 220 etec heads. I dont have a cam yet. Would there be a way build a decent combo out of a 305 with these heads?? Im tired of looking for blocks. The thing is I dont want to mill the heads. Could I change the pistons to keep up compression? I never really see anything for a 305.

I didn't think edelbrock made 220's just 170 and 200.... but anywhoo if the valves are 2.02/1.60 they won't work with a 305 peiod. And if they are the smaller valve set, the intake 220cc is waaaayy too big for a 305, and the 64cc chambers are going to drop the compression into the toilet. Definatly put a 220cc head on a seriously worked =>383 cube motor as a 350 would be too small in most cases.
