im looking into some SDPC modified vortec heads with the z28 springs, etc...and the vortec TPI intake baseplate...although SDPC offers a EGR kit, i guess the vortec heads are not emissions legal...how were they legal on production engines? external heat passages like the vette heads, or whats the deal? or am i wrong and will my setup pass the wonderful tests? thanks guys

 

im also running the vortec heads with the sdpc tpi intake. im going to make a block off plate for mine because the chip im having burned shuts it off.........you might want to look into that........just a suggestion
