Plenum question

I got a 87-88 plenum the other day. I want port it and try it out. Can I run a 87-88 plenum on an 89 TPI car? Is there any differences in the plenums?

Serioulsy dont believe so. Someone back me up? As for fitting there isnt any differnce.

Transmission: 700R4

There are a few differences.
Pull the TB off yuor '89 and compare...either the IAC passage or another passage, ...maybe both, are different.

Not sure if it affects functionality though.
