Here is where mine is now, I plan I relocating it somewhere else. For me it is in the way of the trans dipstick which is mounted to the firewall.

Did you use the stock TPI coil bracket to mount the coil?

Yes and I modified the MAP bracket to work where it is. I ground off that little leg on it. It looks kinda cluttered now I think but I plan on moving all the electrial and vacuum lines when time permits...

LOL. mine broke off the fire wall durin my header installation. i just left it hanging.
