Fuel Pump Runs After Shut Off

Ok this maybe a repost so I hope this dont get deleted. So here goes.

I just put a walbro fuel pump in a couple of days ago. When I shut off the car my fuel pump continues to run for a about 1-2 seconds. It never did this before when I had my stock fuel pump in. Is this normal?

Completely normal, you may not have noticed your stock pump doing this (may have been too quiet) but it is supposed to.
