changing valve seals and _____ ??

hey guys, i want to change my valve seals in the next month or 2, and was wondering if there's any other mods i should do while i'm at it to save trouble later. i don't plan on changing heads/cam for awhile. But i have yet to upgrade roller rockers, valve springs, pushrods, or anything else that could be related. what would you suggest while i'm in the area if anything? thanks!

Valvesprings tend to fatigue over their useful life, giving up HP. You'll have 'em off anyway, why not drop in a set of new ones?

You'd want to get the specs on the cam you're running and discuss that with Crane, Comp, or whichever manufacturer you choose. I'm assuming it's a stock cam so I definitely can't help.
