KNOCK counts

I am using Diacom to scan my engine. I have a 92 speed density setup. The engine is a 305 with T5. Minor mods- Headers,true dual exhaust,21lb acccel injectors,air foil,K&N.
My problem is that I am getting knock counts constantly. The scan tools shows the counter running up to 256 and then starting over. When I drive the car it will pull out timming and this will kill my power. I have replaced the knock sensor. I have even unpluged the knock sensor and it was still showing knock counts. I did get an ESC error when the knock sensor was disconnected. I have also tried a new ECM. The only thing I can think of is that the Memcal's KS aera is bad.

Any thoughts

I'd first check the initial timing setting.

If you suspect it's false knock, you can change to a different ESC module which is less sensitive.

The P/N is 16038331

I have been having the same problem changed MEM-cal, knock sensor ecm and traced all wireing and nothing fixed it took a 1.5 hour road trip to vegas and found the problem when I got home at the expense of a 5K mile stroker come to find out CYL 4 accel 30 Lb injector had been pluged most of the way. I would recomend checking the injectors I would if I had a second chance.
