ProAction aluminum heads

Anyone running the ProAction 180 or 200cc aluminum heads?
How do these compare to the AFR 190cc heads?
Would you recommend these heads over the AFR heads?
I am looking for a set of heads I can put on my 350 until I get my
406 built in the spring.

Thanks guys

They flow about equal to the AFRs and cost a bit less. I have a set of aluminum 200s, but that engines not in the car yet. There was recently a very large debate about this subject with lots of information, try a search on Pro Topline and it should come up.
