LPe 219 and Pro topline heads???

This is what i have right now:
-Accel/Lingenfelter Superram intake manifold
-LPE 219 camshaft
I need to know what is a good intake runner size for this combo.
180cc,200cc, 220cc, or 235cc?
I dont know anything about cylinder heads. Is Pro Topline Pro Action a good brand? I just want to bolt these on and go.

I'm guessing the 200cc heads would be good for you...for comparison, the LPE219/SR/AFR 195 combo is a decent 11sec setup.

Ya know, what I mentioned may be woth 383's...so the combo w/AFR's should still be a solid 12sec runner in a 350.

out of those, on a 350, the 200 is the best choice.

Yep, it is. With the potential for 11's as well.

If you run a 350 I like the 180's, if you run a 383 I like something around 195cc (hint..AFR), and if you run a 400 with that cam and intake I'd go with something around 200cc.

With most flat top pistons, 64cc chambers would probably work best. Most pistons like this chamber size. I'd go anywhere from 10 to 1 to 11:1 compression with that setup. It's a real "street friendly" setup, which is cool.

So a SuperRam, LPE 219 Cam and AFR 190/5's will run low 12's? Holy crap!

Since you're running port injection you could use 220cc or larger intake ports. 64cc is a good chamber size for 350/383.

I am building a 383 right now and the 180cc are going on. They Out flow my Super ram in stock form as is. They flow 260@500. These are actual # for my heads. Yes I had them flow tested. I have read that there are some issue with push rods alighnment with the bigger cc heads. Hitting the intake runner housings. Buddy went with a 200cc on the same intake and cam and he never mentioned any problem with clearances. I like the Idea of a smaller cc runner for the bottem end grunt.
