when i connect my the neg terminal my fans turn on and one of my brake lines starts to smoke. nothing is touching the line and my key isnt forward. any ideas?

 

How is your brake line smoking?

First thing I would do is check and see why the fans are permanently grounded. Might be something melted. Just check between the fans switch in the passenger side head and the relays by the radiator.

 

Since you already have a copy of this on the general tech board, this is getting locked. It's not a TPI question
