Any way to make Stealth Ram emissions legal?

I'd love a Stealth Ram. Basically because they're cheap and pull like crazy up top. But where I live, we have to pass emissions sniffer/visual. Is all that the HSR is missing is EGR? If so, is there any way to route the factory, or even aftermarket, system to the HSR?

none to my knowledge, and if there was a way, it still may not pass, due to it not having the egr from the get-go

I'm pretty sure Danny runs a SuperRam, not Stealth Ram...the Super Ram (Accel) is 50-state legal and has a CARB EO number.

Maybe I can just buy a Stealth Ram and then try to tackle the project. Anyone have any ideas? I'm sure it can be done, but like anything else, with enough time and money. Hopefully something can be done cheap. I know there are a lot of us that have to pass emissions and would still like a HSR.
