Can anyone provide part numbers for the items listed below please? I am not literate when it comes to fittings. Thanks.

Here are the parts we needed to install this.


-Two 1/4" x 1/8"NPT straight barb fittings (rear of intake, MAP sensor and other items, I run only one line to MAP)
-One 3/8" x 3/8" NPT straight barb fitting (rear of intake other vacuum items)
-One 3/8" x 3/8" NPT 90 deg. barb (goes under plenum, used for brake booster)

- (1) 5/16" compression fitting to -6 male AN
- (1) 3/8" compression fitting to -6 male AN
- (2) 3-1/2 foot -6 line with female hose ends. Goes from inlet and outlet to fuel stock fuel lines which are cut from underneath car, the two compression fittings are installed on the stock fuel line.
- (3) 1/4" vacuum plugs for EGR solenoid and throttle body
- (1) large clamp

All the vacuum ports are machined into the plenum. The current lowers don't have the late style center bolts machined, but I am getting future ones machined correctly to fit both. Can't say when for sure. Used the stock air inlet.

You lose EGR and we didn't hook the coolant to the throttle body. Need to use the small cap GM HEI. Coil mounted with stock bracket in stock location.

there arnt any real part numbers for that..

just take the list down to your local ACE or TrueValue hardware store and get the fittings.

instead of cutting the lines under the car, you can get a HSR fuel line kit from here http://www.supersportperformance.com...amfittings.htm

That kit costs 124 dollars. Do the fuel hoses come already cut to length?Is there a less expensive way? I'm not sure if I want to cut the lines underneath or not. Sure would be easier if i didnt. How does what you did compare to what Holley told me...They said if i put the fuel rail on backwards I could access the front existing lines with 2 fittings from earl's. They said there would only be a few small mods from there. What other mods would there be? Are your rails in backwards? I am confused as to what they mean. Also, I called earls with the list from Doug Flynns install and they totally changed the list and gave me different parts than what Doug used on his install. The tech guy at Earls totally lconfused me!

yes the lines are 3ft in length. you will need to assemble the ends. the way holley says just means a few different fittings and less steel braided line to use.

OK cool...I appreciate your help. I have more questions. When I buy the kit, what parts are left to buy on Doug Flynns list? I dont want to buy parts twice. Also, in the picture you have on your site of the back of the rail with the return line, what is the hose next to it for? Not the booster hose the other one. It looks like a plastic vacuum line. I have one of these in my car but it is disconnected. I cant remember what its for. I will be ordering the HSR this Thurs. or friday...

you get that fuel line kit and that's all you'll need to connect to the existing rubber lines. what you see in the pics is that fuel line kit from fuel lines to rails. the plastic line goes to the HVAC controls doors.

Thanks for your help...I have decided to go with cutting the lines under the car. I want to free up more space in the engine bay.
