good bolt on's for a 305 TPI

hey every body.. i happen to have a 1987 gta vertable with digital dash and etc.. and i was going to do a motor swap on it but being i dont know the rarity of the car i just figured i would put a few bolt on's on it and just have fun with it.. but i really dont know were to start, i know i want ot put a new intake on it, i want to supercharge it, and i was wondering if i do that should i just go ahead and port and polish everything, and i was wondering being the car has been stored for the last 2 years and only started on a here and there basis if it would be worth my while to atleast go ahead and change all of the gasket i mean it doesnt leak or burn any oil even after sitting this long but i dont know im going to be bringing out this summer so i want it to be in tip top shape, and i have been searching these boards for ideas but alot of it is for the 305 with the TBI not the TPI so if it is repeitive my bad .. but any help would be great!!!

thanks

steve

well if u want to supercharge look into the intercooled ati prochargers. very nice setup work with the 305 and 350 tpi engines.

http://www.jdsperformance.com/index.asp?inmake=all

need to have the one belt setup and not v-belt system though.

well if it doesnt leak i wouldnt really worry about it untill something comes along.

maybe a nice oil system flush, coolant flush, rear end fluid and tranny fluid change. also a full tune up.

if u dont want to supercharge might want to look into these mods then.

air foil, k&n filter / cold air intake, descreen maf sensor, port plenum, slp runners.
