A question for the pro's????

I have a 85 T/A with a TPI and 700r4. I'm in the process of stripping off all the emmisions, A/c, stock exhaust, stock exhaust manifolds. I'm going to be putting headers and dual exhaust on it. What emmision equipment do I need to leave hooked up other than the canister for the fuel lines. As I'm taking this stuff off, I don't see where the smog pump and airlines connecting to anything other than the catalytic converter. Emmision test is of no concern to me, thats why I'm taking it off. Also, anyone know if stock fuel injectors off an 95 LT1 will work on the TPI. The oem part number is only a couple digits off. Physically they look the same, the 95's may flow a little more. Lastly, the heater hose coming from the heater core to the radiator, is this a supply or return line. I plan to bypass the lines coming from the upper plenum and run a hose from the intake back over into the radiator, if this hose in question is in fact a return line. Any help would be great, Thanks, Tim

Yes that is the heater return line to the radiator.
