Will the 113 heads support this setup?

Car: '91 Corvette, Chevy-powered CJ-7, Dodge 2500 4x4
Engine: 5.7L - pretty stock
Transmission: 6-speed
Will the 113 heads support this setup?
So I am gathering the parts right now for my final winter project.
The motor is an L98, the HOT cam kit just got here from Chev, I am putting together the converted LT1 intake right now.
I have the late 113 'Vette heads. And that is the question...
I do not have the money for new heads. So the plan was to freshen these up and just run them. And I don't want to dump a bunch of money into these heads, but I would be willing to do some larger valves or light porting if it would help.
What say you all?
Will these heads kill this setup or just be a minor blockage?
I know lots of people have run some decent horsepower numbers through these heads in stock form. I am just having some final misgivings.

Theyll be ok. Keep in mind the 58cc chambers will bump your compression from the stock 64cc iron heads. I recomend a 3 angle valve job, smoothing out the radius', polishing the exhaust ports, and at the very least gasket matching the intake ports. Youll want to machine the valve guides to handle the .525 lift of the hotcam as well.
