ok, lets starts at the begining, please give a better decription about idle problem, hot/cold/rough/ect

you may not see ses light come on if your removing o2 wire while engine is cold, (open loop) cuz ecm wont begin to read o2 untell engine warms up (closed loop)

this code may be part of the problem, or the result of something else, i would note all codes, clear codes and run engine untell normal temp, if you are ok up to this point, now try disonnecting os, should set code, if not inspect for inop ecm,

when diagnosing dont worry about the code 45, worry about the rough idle, then the trouble code,

you really need a DVM and scanner if possibe, besure to inspect vacuum hose to mapsensor for cracks, IAC motor for dirty passage
and any vacuum leaks at engine, good luck!

keep writting
