whats the best 383 street/strip head gasket to use

I am putting together a 383 and need to choose a set of head gaskets soon. thing ism there are so many out there, What is recommend and what should I look for in a head gasket as far as quality? I am running AFR heads and nitrous if it matters

Alot of it depends on the engine combo built, you need a head gasket to match your bore, standard, .030, .040, etc. Also it depends on your deck height which can be positive or negative. If your piston is in the hole far enough for reasonable quench I suggest the thinnest head gasket you can afford, if its not then you need a gasket that will keep your piston from slapping the head.

Fel-pro #1010 for aluminum heads. Its what I ran on my AFR 350.
