If you did a search on code 32, you'll find it's probably the most commonly occuring problem on these cars. In other words, it's a damn PITA. I know I'll be accused of heresy for this, but I fixed mine the "old school" way and just plucked the service engine bulb out. My cars runs perfectly fine even though it throws the egr code once in a while, so I figured what's the difference? BTW, I did this as a last resort after replacing the egr valve, checking the solenoid, vacuum lines, etc. Probably the only other way to fix it on my car would be to remove the intake manifold and clean out all the egr passages. I decided plucking the bulb was way easier than removing the intake manifold!

I recently replaced my EGR solenoid, valve, and harness.
I still get a code 32 when the engine starts (cold).
But, if I shut it off (once its warmed up) and then turn it back on, the check engine light stays off.
I'm running out of EGR things to replace
