Injectors - 'Cap' installing in the manifold

Injectors - 'Cap' installing in the manifold
My injectors from fiveomotorsports have a RED cap on the end that goes into the manifold (looks quite different from my stockers) Do these 'caps' stay on the injector or do they need to be removed. My guess is that they need to stay there but let me know...
