Initail Start Up

Hit the key today, and the car fired right up as if there was never an engine swap done. the only problem is, it on ran for a few seconds. the engine start right up revving to 1100 then when it comes back down to catch an idle it dies. does anyone have any ideas as to what causes this?

any help would be greatly apprieciated.

if you're still runnng a TPI setup, it could be as simple as the TPS (throttle positioning sensor) needs adjusting.
