Engine Problems

OK...This is kind of long so bare with me. A few weeks ago I got my car out for the first time this year. Drove it a few miles into town and it died a couple of times, but started right back up. I figured it was because it hadn't been running in a while. On my way back to my buddies house and about a mile from the house, the tach started going stupid and the car was barely running. It died a few seconds later and wouldn't start back up. Played with it for a few minutes and it finally started. It was missing and back firing a lot and died after only running for a couple of seconds. We brought back to my buddies house and left it there. Three or four days later he decided he was going to bring it to my house, but again, it wouldn't start. He said he took off the top part of the intake and cleaned it, put it back together, and it started up. He drove it to my house without any problems. So today I wanted to figure out why it's running like crap, so I got my buddies code reader and hooked it up and read the check engine codes and logged the streaming data. I'm going to list it EXACTLY like it displays it on the scanner. This is all at cold idle:
A/C Clutch-------------------> Off
BLM-------------------------> 128
Cool Temp------------------->84°F
Diag State------------------->8 ALCL
EGR D/C (%)----------------->000%
IAC-------------------------->069-070 (This is the range it was bouncing in)
Inj PW----------------------->1.6 MS
Integrator-------------------> 128
KNK Signal-------------------> No
Loop Stat--------------------> Open
MAF-------------------------> 008 G/S
MAT-------------------------> 037°F (-40°F with key on & car off)
02 Cross---------------------> 035-056 (This the the range it was in)
02 State---------------------> Rich
02 Volts---------------------->0.49-0.52V (Again, the range)
Park/Neut--------------------> On
Prom ID-----------------------> 8290
RPM--------------------------> 1000-1100 (VERY unstedy)
TCC--------------------------> Off
TPS--------------------------> .66V (.64V with key on, car off)
Trouble Code-----------------> 23 & 33
Veh Speed-------------------> 000 MPH

I know I included a lot of useless stuff, but wanted to try and be specific. I just replaced the MAF sensor today and put a new IAC on it a few weeks ago. Could the low Manifold Air Tempature (MAT) be causing this? Why would I still be getting a code 33 (High voltage (low vacuum) at MAF Sensor)? Yes, I did erase the old codes. Code 23 is Low temperature at manifold air temperature sensor OR throttle position sensor error. What do I need to adjust/change to get my car running right? Thanks VERY much!! I just want to be able to drive it while it's nice out. Thanks again! Oh Yeah, 86 Z-28 with 305 TPI.
