Any good hardware store should be able to help you out. Of course I would normally just use my magic bolt box. I can always find what I need in it.
MY 86 TA tpi had a some kind of crazy metric 1/2 side very fine thread bolts that I could not find at any hardware store. I tried home depot, lowes, and 2 others. I wound up using a small pair of vise-grips to tighten my original bolts

I just went thru replacing my FPR screws. They are M3.5/.6 pitch x 12mm long. The local hardware store most likely won't carry them. The dealer won't list them separately either. I believe they only come with a complete FPR assembly.
Try a hobby store that sells RC cars, boats planes ...etc. They seem to carry the odd sizes. I orderd mine online from a local fastener supply. The shortest they had were 20mm, but I just cut them down to 12mm using a dremel. I went with stainless steel allen-head screws rather than the torx. The allen-head is much better.

Just go to a junkyard and start pulling GM MPFI pressure regulator screws off (2.8L and 3.1L V6's FWD and RWD, and probably more)...
