How about posting a pic for some help in figuring out your problem? What's been cut?

The rubber tube that connects to the throttle body has been shortened so it is too big around now, I dont have a pic but it comes strait out into an air silencer and makes a 90 right into the Maf then into the air cleaner box. Wow i used a comma and a period might get this writing stuff down.

If you have a camaro hood too i wouldn't see why you couldn't use a camaro intake. Do you have a pic of your car, i would like to see it.

87350IROC... Would that intake work on my 87 305TPI? If so does it have any performance gain over my style where it bends to the right?

If i remember correctly the Firebird/Trans am intake cost you about 5 or 10 horsepower from the factory because of all the bends. If you can find a way to make it fit you could pick up about that much
