i have a 91 z28 convertible(tpi) and im pretty sure the egr is shot can any1 pls give me quick over view of how to change it whats the steps and how hard is it to change thanks

 

it's a piece of cake to change - BUT - you have to take the plenum off to do it. it sits on top of the intake, but under the plenum. if you're lucky, your plenum will come right off without destroying the gaskets and you can go right back on with it, otherwise you'll need those, too. it all has torx type bolts, and the egr has 10mm bolts.

If you are very careful, you may be able to get the plenum off without loosening the runner to manifold bolts.
