hi big cams emissions and cats

my question is who is running a huge cam and cats. Unfortunatly around here you cant drive yoiur car without coming home with a couple grand worth of tickets so cats are going on and so is an egr, somewhere. By big cams i mean 250 deg + @.050. I dont want to burn up any cats, by running it extreamly rich.
any thoughts on the subject
