PA emissions test results
Just as a point of reference for those building Tuned Port motors with 'other than stock' parts, I just passed PA emissions with the test run at 2000 RPM, WELL under the limits. the numbers are:
co% limit-1.10
my number-0.10
hc ppm - 275
my number-95
no ppm- 3600
my number- 1170
dilution of 13.7%
rpm of 2080
the engine is as follows:
1987 MAF engine
355ci, approx 9.5:1 compression
ZZ4 cam
vortec heads/upgraded springs
SDPC vortec TPI intake
SLP runners, all intake parts matched to big mouth gaskets(some places porting did not occur where runner walls would have been less that 3/16" at port mouth)
24lb injectors
180degree stat
air/egr/canister all intact
catco 3" cat
single 3 " exhaust, over axle, dynomax ultraflow muffler
SLP 1 5/8" headers/y pipe
car seriously needs a converter, like 2400 would perfect.

I also forgot to mention, since it wasn't legal on-road to do any tuning, the only thing that was changed in the prom was this:
knocked about 2-4 degrees out of the whole table(previously on old stock motor, weird knock results). left this alone.
changed injector constant to match 24lb injectorsSVO(23.7) stock fuel pressure
lowered fan turn on to match 180 degree stat, turn on at 190degrees.
