Are 305 and 350 stock throttle bodies the same?

Are 305 and 350 stock throttle bodies the same?
Hello, I purchased a TPI manifold on Ebay a few weeks ago that was (mis)represented as being a 350 unit. Turns out its from a 305, has the 19 lb injectors and the part # on the eprom is for a 305. Luckily I have 24 lb injectors and a custom EPROM anyway or I would have been in trouble when I tried to run the setup! Anyhow, is the throttle body from the 305 the same unit the 350s used?
