vortec head cam and intake advice please
I bought a '91 formula 350 auto car without motor and trans, putting in a flat top, vortec head, 350 with 9.7-1 and a t-5. Using hooker 2055s and 3" exhaust. I was thinking about using a holley stealth ram since the car came with all the tpi stuff in the trunk and the wiring is still there. I also was thinking about using the LT-4 hot cam since I have a factory roller cam block. Does this sound all right for a daily driver that gets flogged ocassionally? I plan on doing some DIY proms when I get it going. I'm kind of worried about the cam being too big for what the heads flow.

One problem is the Vortec head currenlty will not bolt onto the stealthram intake or stock tpi intake. They are supposed to be coming out with one in late Jan. 05. But that is still a little unclear.
The Vortec heads will work great with the hot cam. And scoggin dickey already sells your recommended engine as a crate. See the links below.

yeah I know the HSR for vortecs isn't out yet but it sounds like it's gonna be pretty soon. The engine in that link looks like it makes a lot less power than their others with the hot cam in them, maybe i'll go carbureted if that intake doesn't come out.
