IROC just died???

I drove home from work the other day and everything seemed to be working fine. Its a 89 IROCZ TPI 350. I had just replaced the alternator about two days before it died also. Now I go out to start up the car and it just cranks over with nothing. I checked the fuel pressure and it was up at 47lbs. so I pulled the number one plug and had no spark. Which leads me to believe that the ignition module is dead in my distributor. Is there any other parts in the distributor besides the ignition module that could affect the firing??

Thanks.

Also the pick up coil inside the distributor.

It could be your computer as well. Are your injectors pulsing?
