can someone please tell me how to advance timming on
my 1990 speed density trans-am. thanks. i do have a stage 1
motorvation chip, runs great but i want all.

 

There's a procedure in the Tech Articles section on adjusting timing. Basically just disconnect the EST, hook up your timing light, and go to town.

If you're advancing beyond the stock specification, I'd recommend doing it in small increments. Just 2deg at a time, hook it back up, and take a test drive to see how it responds.
