Misadjusted TPS and vaccum leak cause same problem?

I thought for the longest time that my car had a vacuum leak and it still may. I just recently had to adjust my TPS. It was set to .054 instead of .54. Would this cause the car to idle the same way that a vacuum leak could. I never can find a vacuum leak but it ran like it had one. Now it runs better. Any advice or insight?

Were you getting a code 21, 22, or 33?

I thought you fixed your problem in another post? People told you that you may have a vacuum leak when you asked the first time. Then you said you found out that the tps was off and you fixed it and it runs fine. You dont have a vacuum leak cuz if you did it would cause some of the same type of symptoms. There is no advice or insight to give you, You checked everything and there isn't a leak anywhere. Go and have a nice day...

I am just trying to make sense of the way my car was behaving and don't care for your sarcasm.
