Firts of all, do a search in ``Power adder`` motor for What do I need for a supercharger and then, if your want to be aware of all your needs for your specific concerns, Email Procharger site directly with your ? and they will get vback to you in a few days...
I always wanted a supercharger but since my engine (base) was pretty stock, I ended up builting it stronger and blueprint with a much better intake system. I personnaly find this way better and more suitable prior to go sc.

i don't think you can run 9PSI of boost on a stock engine, the compression is way to high to begin with....you will have huge problems with detonation and whatnot...also for a supercharger on a stock engine, its almost a must to have the MSD ingnition mooduel with boost controle to protect your engine...otherwise you'l end up in a world of hurt....i believe with a supercharger, you don't have to do any computer mods or 'tuneup' as you call it, because its forced induction on a computer setup, so your intake air sensor (speed density or MAF) will read the incoming air and react to the change...for a cam, i don't think its a necessity, i believe the S/C kits for FI cars are all based on a stock cam, so you can run with a stock cam, headporting and intake porting will help out your HP, and i think your calculation for HP is a little high...you are 225HP stock crank....then you'll have around 350 crank with the s/c, thats about 290 to the wheels approximately....
