Just a comment on those heads. They're $1200 assembled. You can get them from Canfield bare for $600 per pair. They are just the Canfield heads with Jeg's stamped on 'em.

Your combination with the right tuning should be a solid 11 second car.

I was able to reduce some weight on my 86 by removing the A/C unit, aluminum heads, removed front sway bar(at track only), spare tire etc. Last time at the track I placed the car on the scale and it weighed 3325 lbs.

Yeah for weight reduction so far I've removed the AC, smog pump and all the other EGR stuff, rear seats, hatch shade, front swaybar, switched over to Weld Prostars with skinnies in the front, going to be switching over to racing seats up front this summer.
Where can you get the canifeld heads for that cheap?
Also, do you guys think the Hot Cam will be enough for this setup?

The LT4 Hotcam will be fine. Look at http://www.stealthram.com/hsrcars.html

You can see the combos that guys are running with the HSR and the times they are running. Mike Davis is running 11.73 with the LT4 Hotcam.
