TPI problem (bad idle) and (cleaning IAC)
I am having a problem with my TPI it is a 1985 Trans Am 305.
When cold and I start it the idle will fluctuate and try and stall on me. (badly)
When warm and in closed loop the idle is between 700 and 900 RPM. When you drive it it will hesitate when you accelerate. (alot)
Heres what the computer reads:
Integrator: 140
O2 crosscounts: Fluctuates between 1 and 4
O2 sensor M/V: fluctuates too much to say its High then low then high the low ect...
ESC: 0 (that is all the computer says), not sure what it means
Closed Loop
Block Learn 158
The computer says it is running rich.
What I have done so far:
New: MAF sensor, O2 sensor, Full Tune up (wont list), Fuel Filter, Electronic Spark Control Module, Distributor spark module, did the timing and cleaned the throttle body(including the IAC). Used a propane torch to try and find a vaccum leak (none found) Ichecked if it is the correct computer in the car ( it is)
Thanks in advance for all the help.

I'd also check for a vacuum leak if I were you. Hesitation under acceleration, usually goes hand and hand with a vacuum leak.

New Info
My manifold pressure when cold is between 10-12 psi and idles about 500 rpm. The car will try and die unless gas is given to it.
When warm the car idles at about 700 rpm and has between 18-20 psi of pressure. Still hesitates badly.
The fuel pressure is at 38 psi
2 codes come up MAF to low, so i replaced the MAF and still have a code as well as ESC replaced that too and still have a code
I will get the code numbers by tues night

I took off the throttle body and the IAC motor and tryed cleaning both, when i put it back on no change, could the IAC motor be bad and i dont know it?? Is it true that the only 3 sensors used for open loop are IAC CTS and TPS? my main concern is fixing the cold problem, it is so hard to work on when it will die in open loop.
