Yes replace them because I ran into the same situation with removing the plenum and runners myself last january. I removed the original oem gaskets and replaced them with the felpro gaskets after cleaning up the intake surfaces. Well I had a major compression leak and the car was whistling dixie and popping popcorn from leaks 2 of them. I pulled everything apart again and come to find out 2 of the felpro gaskets were junk. What I did was I ordered the slp runners and there gaskets. The gaskets they sell are alot nicer than the felpro. I found also they had a nicer fit to the gasket surfaces. I was also more tedious with smoothing the intake gasket surfaces the second time also. The second time also I place the runners and plenum with all the torque bolts loose and worked them in symmetricaly one at a time also so the runners mated perfecly with the intake and plenum. This itself did the trick no more leak and ran sweet. You can order the slp gaskets seperate from the runners if you wish hope this helps.
