Iam removing the TPI wiring harness from a Parts car and there are clips that go on black rubber/ plastic on the tpi. Iam try to figure out how to remove these clips.

They are above the fuel rail. Look in the manual they dont list these. It aalso runs in with the TPI harness.

I need your help on removing these.

Sounds like you are talking about the clips that hold the injector connectors onto the injectors. If thats what you mean, all you have to do is press them in towards the center of the engine, and pull up. The connector will come off the injector.
