i'm pissed now...injector....
I just put together my superam, which took forever, and when I went to lock the injectors in to the fuel rail with the injector clips/locks,...one broke. I think the only way to change it is pull the whole superam apart and take off the fule rail again. I really don't want to do that...Is there another way? Or can i get a c-clip that size or maybe even just leave it off completely. Is is that important? the injector seems to be seated tightly,. it's just a little easier to move from side to side.....but the wire harness holds it in pretty good. The injector won't be able to move up and down without the clip will it???? it seems seated well. Do I really need it? thanks

I guess to hold them in lol. My LS1 injectors that I am using in the stock rail can accually be moved up and down since they are shorter but so far so good and no leaks

I think their original purpose was to hold the injectors to the fuel rails for assembly purposes...
