why is the radiator tilted? i think bad engineering....seems like the engine would run hotter than it should.....i just bought a used Z28 and i`m trying to keep it factory with no modifications...just curious.....

Its not bad engineering, its so they could fit a good size radiator in there for the v8 cars and still have room to have a low hoodline. If you think the radiator in a 3rd gen is tilted bad, look under the hood of a 4th gen sometime, they are almost at a 45 degree angle.
