help picking right cam

ok guys...I need help picking the right roller cam

To start 87 iroc

383 9.5 compression
sportman II 200cc
super ram
700R4 tran
342 rear end
Edelbrock Tubular headers

If the heads are flowing good on the exhaust...->

other wise some cam with more dur at the exhaust..

If you go too big you will not have much Dynamic Compression for what you probably want.
