Vacuum line issue

There is a vacuum line that goes to the thing underneath the ignition coil. It goes out, very long, part of it connects to the throttle body...can someone tell me where the end of it connects to? mine seems to be broken, but I still dont know where it goes.

Sound like your talking about the EGR solenoid. There are two lines that go to the solenoid, one goes to the EGR valve from the solenoid and the other runs to the small vacuum port on the lower left hand side (drivers side) of the Throttle body also running from the solenoid. Hope that helps.

The timed vacuum port on the underside of the TB is routed to both the EGR solenoid and the EVAP canister purge valve/solenoid.
