Please help tpi problems

First of I've been a member for awhile but this is my first post. I usually just surf thirdgen. I won't bore you with my 88IROC details so heres a link to another forum I belong too. http://www.v8havoc.com/rides/gm/barry.htm
1.) i'm getting water/coolant thru out my entire intake system from the IAC to the 9th injector tube. It looks like a beige filmy substance that builds up. I even find it under the valve covers. I took off the entire intake system including the base plate, and cleaned it all up and resealed it all again including getting the proper gaskets. The car only has about 200-300 mile since my build. Well it is happening again. Do I have cylinder head leak or what?
2.) I'm having idle problems in park/neutral its fine but, when I put it gear the idle drops to were it wants to die. I checked the IAC by resetting it; jumping the ALDL and ignition on. nothing
not even the ticking or buzzing sound the IAC should be making. I bought a new IAC and still nothing. Please help...
Oh I also have a custom chip from fastchip.com Due to my cam my idle is about 850rpms and timing is 9 degrees.

Hmmm... sounds like you and Justin are in the same boat. Read through his journey and see if it parallels your own.

And in case you can't get a hold of him, start out with a compression, leakdown and coolant pressure tests. It'll give you a fair indication of where look towards.
