I'm assuming you're talking about the Al-L98 heads? They shuold support 350HP or so, without cause, might get a heck of a tq curve with them, dunno. Castiron l98 heads are known/shown to have the flow capabilities to support 300-325HP without much pain, so have to assume Al's could get you 10-15% more.

I'd do the math and figure up what compression that 58cc chamber will leave you with first.
Might be a bit much, depending on what pistons you choose.
We came to ~10.9:1 on my old +0.030" 350 running 0.022" head gaskets and flat-top 2VR pistons, and it ran super.
The extra displacement of a 383 would put the compression ratio well into the 11's, how much will depend on what piston you select.
