fumes and smoke question

I drive an '87 t/a w/a 350 TPI and it has recently been idling a little sloppy and is pouring smoke from excess fuel. i'm also getting a negative feedback response from my accelerator (kinda deccelerating). The one day I drove it, this is what happened: drove (fine)> parked(1 hour)> drove(sloppy)> parked(30sec)> drove(fine)> parked(1 hour)> drove(sloppy)! I was thinking O2 sensor or clogged cat. any answers are much appreciated.

smoke and fumes gone but..

that issue aside, I'm still having an issue with the acceleration (in this case, decceleration). TPS? IACV? please help.

you have a check engine light on? you might need to put a scanner on it.

Sounds like you might have some leaking injectors, if so, put a fuel presures tester on it.
